a.s.r offers a wide range of insurance, from traffic to health care, funeral and pension policies.
About the project
2BHonest carried out a human rights risk analysis for a.s.r. that focused on the products and services that a.s.r. provides to private clients. Seven risks were identified that concern human rights. Consider, for example, privacy or the right to equal treatment (no discrimination). In addition, an analysis was made of the policies and processes a.s.r. has in place to mitigate these risks. The risks and the risk mitigation measures were validated through interviews with employees and external parties (representatives of various minorities). This revealed whether additional measures were needed to reduce the risks to human rights.
