TBI is a diverse group of more than 20 companies that modernise, design and maintain our living environment in a sustainable way. These TBI companies have high-quality, specialised expertise in engineering, construction, development and infrastructure.   

About the project

TBI asked the question: how can we build without stressing, depleting or heating the earth? To answer this question, 2BHonest developed a sustainability strategy for TBI and helped to implement it.

Activities

We began with a baseline measurement to identify the key sustainability issues. Based on this analysis, we developed a strategic framework containing the impact areas and underlying themes. 

We then supported TBI in drafting the Green Booklet, a communication tool for internal and external stakeholders. We also supported the multidisciplinary acceleration teams working on the practical aspects of the various sustainability themes. 

Result

TBI has sharpened its focus on various sustainability issues that will enable it to further reduce its environmental impact. The acceleration teams set to work to flesh out these issues, which culminated in acceleration guidelines that companies can use to get started on the various issues.
