CETP is a major supplier of tanks, process technology and engineering services for breweries. Their customer base includes the world’s largest brewers and distilleries such as Heineken and Diageo.
About the project
2BHonest helped CETP with the development of their sustainability strategy. A SWOT analysis formed the basis for this new strategy. The SWOT analysis focused on competitors, (sector) initiatives, legislation, internal documents and a list of material themes. The data was verified by interviews conducted at various CETP locations. The result is a robust six-pillar sustainability strategy that forms a solid foundation with drivers for growth. In an interactive workshop, the strategy was also translated into 5 and 10-year goals in order to embed the sustainability strategy in the entire organisation over the long term.
