What unites our contractors is the motivation to really make a sustainable difference. For example, we support Volcafe in their sustainability strategy, Techniek Nederland in its efforts to activate its members, developed a circularity model together with Royal Swinkels Family Brewers and we help ASML with integrated reporting. Our team of experts, data analysts, communication specialists and designers make sustainability transparent, measurable and valuable.
2BHonest is growing and that is why we are currently looking for a:
SENIOR CONSULTANT SUSTAINABILITY & CIRCULARITY (5-10 years experience | 32-40 hours p/w)
As a sustainability & circularity consultant, you are the beating heart of our agency. You work independently – or together with one of the specialists from our network – on a variety of strategic projects. For example, you give strategy workshops, advise on sustainable procurement, develop circularity plans, help with annual reports and help organisations with organising stakeholder activation.
You are an experienced and independent consultant with more than five years of work experience. You understand how organisations can be socially relevant and know a great deal about circularity and integrated ways of thinking and reporting. You are comfortable with providing strategic advice, you know what it takes to move a project forward, and you enjoy seeing sustainable plans through to completion.
You recognise yourself in the following criteria:
- 5 to 10 years of work experience
- Experience as a consultant in a corporate environment is a must
- Knowledge of one or more of these knowledge areas: LCAs, CO2 footprints, circularity measurement methods and GRI
- Enterprising: getting things done
- Strong analytical skills: ability to translate complex theories into practical plans
- Experience in leading sessions and giving workshops, training courses and presentations
- Strong social skills
- A keen eye for new developments in our professional field
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and in writing, in English as well as Dutch
- Completed relevant academic study
